1. Who we are

TBright Technologies (“TBright,” “we,” “us”) is an IT staffing firm. This policy covers the public website and the Hire talent and Find a role forms. A later staffing contract may add terms for a specific engagement.

2. What we collect

You may give us:

• Hiring requests: name, company, work email, phone, role details, engagement type, and timeline
• Candidate profiles: name, email, phone, discipline, what you want next, and LinkedIn URL
• Consent that you agree to our Terms & Conditions and this policy

The server and host may also log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, which is typical for operating and securing a website.

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Respond to hiring requests and candidate profiles
• Assess fit between work and people
• Communicate about a possible start or a live req
• Run, secure, and improve the website
• Meet legal and record-keeping duties

We do not sell personal information. We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing blasts.

4. When we share it

We share information only as needed to staff the work:

• With a client, if you are a candidate and there is a live fit we both intend to pursue
• With a candidate, limited role context, if you are hiring and we are working a short list
• With vendors who host email, this website, or related infrastructure, under a duty to protect it
• If the law requires it, or to protect our rights

5. How long we keep it

We keep hiring and candidate information while it is useful for staffing, then for a reasonable period afterward as business records, unless you ask us to delete it and we are not required to retain it. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No website or email path is perfectly secure. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, or health information through these forms.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop using a profile for future matching. Email info@tbrighttech.com. We may need to verify it is you. Some records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights (for example, certain U.S. state privacy laws), we will honor requests the law requires. You can also refuse non-required cookies in your browser. This site does not currently use advertising cookies.

8. Children

This site is for hiring managers and working IT professionals. It is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date will change when we do. Material changes will apply going forward. The version in effect when you submitted a form still governs that submission.
