1. Who these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions are between you and TBright Technologies (“TBright,” “we,” “us”). By using tbrighttech.com or submitting a contact form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or send us a form.

2. What this site is

This website describes IT staffing services — contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and team augmentation. Content is for information. It is not an offer of employment, not a bid, and not a promise that we will fill a role or place a candidate.

3. Hiring managers

If you submit a hiring request, you confirm you are authorized to share the role details you send, and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Sending a form does not create a staffing contract, exclusive search, or fee obligation. Any placement, rate, or guarantee is only binding if we both sign a separate agreement.

4. Candidates

If you submit a profile, you confirm the information is yours to share and is truthful. We may use it to assess fit against live work. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or a start. We may decline to proceed without saying why. You are not our employee because you submitted a form.

5. Submissions

Do not send confidential client data, trade secrets, or sensitive personal information you are not allowed to disclose (for example, another person’s Social Security number or medical details). We treat form submissions as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for information you should not have sent.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to:

• Misrepresent who you are or the work you need filled
• Probe, scrape, or overload the site
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Send spam or solicitations unrelated to IT staffing

7. Intellectual property

The TBright name, marks, layout, and copy on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the site for a competing service or remove marks from materials we send you, except as a signed agreement allows.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is uninterrupted, error-free, or that a role or candidate will meet your expectations. Staffing outcomes depend on the work, the people, and facts outside this website.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TBright is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from a form submission. Our total liability for website use will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. For a form you already sent, the terms in effect on that date still apply to that submission.
